Rates and Fees
half day mediation -- All mediators
4 Hours (Starting at 10:00 AM or 2:00 PM)
$850.00 Per Party Flat Fee
If the mediation goes over 4 hours and the mediator does not have another mediation booked and is able to continue the mediation, the half day mediation will be converted to a full day at the rates shown below.
Full day mediation -- All mediators
6 Hours
$1,300.00 Per Party Flat Fee
Additional time after 6 hours billed at $225.00 per hour per party
Facility Fees
For In-Person Mediations at Our Location (For zoom mediations there are no facility fees)
Half Day Mediations
$100.00 Per Party
Full Day Mediations
$200.00 Per Party
Cancellation Fees
For mediations not cancelled 24 hours prior to the day of the scheduled mediation
